Description

Role Overview:

Company is looking for a hands-on Legal Manager / Legal Lead to own end-to-end customer, vendor, and compliance agreements, and act as a trusted legal and risk partner to the Finance, Business, and Leadership teams. 

The role requires strong ownership of commercial negotiations, contractual risk, and compliance, with the ability to balance business growth and financial risk in a fast-scaling environment. 

Success Metrics (KPIs) 

• Contract turnaround time (TAT) for customer and vendor agreements 
• Quality and consistency of liability, indemnity, and risk clauses 
• Accuracy and completeness of contract documentation and repositories 
• Stakeholder feedback from Finance, Sales, and Leadership 
• Implementation of scalable contracting and compliance processes 

Key Responsibilities 

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts (MSAs, SoWs, amendments, renewals) 
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations with enterprise customers 
• Own liability, indemnity, data protection, SLAs, and risk clauses 
• Draft and manage vendor, partner, and service agreements, including NDAs 
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements 
• Conduct legal and financial risk assessments for deals and partnerships 
• Act as a legal advisor to Finance, Sales, HR, Operations, and Leadership 
• Establish and improve contracting, documentation, and compliance processes 
• Maintain contract repositories, approvals, and obligation tracking 
• Support audits and finance-led governance reviews

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2–4 SDRs/BDRs targeting SMB and mid-market accounts in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
• Own daily standups, outreach targets, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting
• Execute and iterate multi-channel outbound: cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Work closely with product champions to deeply understand ICP, value props, and objection handling for Dialaxy
• Build and refine outbound playbooks — sequences, scripts, and qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC-lite)
• Manage lead lists using Apollo, run email sequences via Instantly/Smartlead, and LinkedIn automation via HeyReach
• Report weekly pipeline metrics to founders with honest analysis, not spin
• Hire and onboard additional SDR/BDR profiles as the team scales

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior SDR/BDR capacity
• Proven track record running outbound campaigns into US, UK, or Australian markets
• Strong command of English — written and spoken, client-facing quality
• Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent
• High ownership mindset — you care about the number, not just the activity
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with limited process and high autonomy
• Experience in cloud telephony, HR tech, or remote workforce tools is a strong plus

Build financialsustainability

a. Building and sourcing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-

laterals, Alumni, government etc. Good to be Subject matter Expert in

work-streams such as multi-laterals / foundations.

b. Design and execute deep engagement strategy with key relationships to

ensure renewals, upgrades and meaningful partnerships

c. Partner with the Director in leveraging the rich ecosystem towards building

a pipeline of funders.

d. Manage systems and processes that support development objectives and

comply with regulatory laws and MoU commitments

e. Lead and manage strategic partnerships with various organizations to

organize fundraising campaigns and events.

f. Facilitate legal agreements/ communications with partners as needed

g. Events: Support and Organize vents/ conferences/ seminars/ concerts/

charity fundraising events etc. to promote fundraising for partners

2. Due Diligence:

a. Conduct thorough due diligence on partners to make sure they are

compliant with existing laws and have strong track record.

b. Conduct thorough due diligence on individuals creating personal cause

campaigns to verify need and use of funds

3. Fundraising:

a. Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns

themselves

b. Work closely with the digital marketing and content team to make sure

each fundraising campaign is a big success!

c. Feedback Reports: Ensuring that all donors are sent feedback reports on

timely basis and that partners provide high quality feedback reports

Campaigns: Develop pipeline of campaignsthat have large scale impact and

work with partners to execute those.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 2+ yrs experience in VueJs.
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
