Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, making sales, and conducting training sessions. They will also be responsible for sales management.

1.2+ years of experience working as a Product Designer for an e-commerce company.

2.Experience in Figma, Adobe Xd, and CSS is a prerequisite.

3.Demonstrable portfolio of live products (links should be shared).

4.Working/practical knowledge of CSS and front-end libraries/frameworks like Bootstrap & React Material UI.

5.Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.

6.An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious and excellent attention to detail.

7.Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.

Job Description:

CareStack is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a minimum of 3 years of Customer Support expertise to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via voice processing in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide exceptional customer support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Utilize English proficiency to communicate effectively and clearly with customers.

Use Microsoft Office tools proficiently to document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service excellence.

Adapt to the graveyard shift (9PM to 6AM Philippine Time) based in Manila or Cebu.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated Customer Support experience.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and concerns in a voice processing capacity.

Experience in managing international clients is highly desirable.

Ability and willingness to work on-site in either Manila or Cebu.

As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

- Analyze functional requirements and creation of software design
- Design and implement scalable and robust applications
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Design, shape and implement authentication, authorization, auditing, reporting, and API infrastructure solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Object-Oriented Design and programming concepts
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a product oriented company
- Programming experience in NodeJS and Typescript or Javascript

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in building cloud (SaaS) applications, particularly using AWS technologies
- Experience in building serverless applications
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to learn other coding languages as needed
- Object-oriented, database design, and SQL skills

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in working with automated tools like Selenium.
• Experience in developing different automation framework architecture, API automated tools

• Experience in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL knowledge.

• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
