Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract top talent for various positions

Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

 2. Candidate Management:

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate

qualifications.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide an excellent candidate experience, keeping applicants informed throughout the process.

 3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and organizational goals.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.

 4. Process Optimization:

Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Innovate hiring strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics.

 5. Branding and Engagement:

Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events.

Promote the company as an employer of choice by leveraging employer branding strategies.

 6. Compliance:

Ensure all hiring processes comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

 Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

Responsibilities:

• Designing & Developing front-end architecture user interactions.
• Developing back-end web applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in front applications and programming languages.

Requirements:

• Should have solid C# .Net development skills
• Having experience with Microsoft technologies (WPF, ASP.Net, MVC, WebAPI)
• Should good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Should experience with SQL
• Positive team player, keen to work collaboratively and share ideas
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail

• Credit policy formulation, amendment and clarifications to front end team for secured Loans.
• Regular Portfolio monitoring and bringing up the recommendations based on insights for necessary changes.
• Robust knowledge of end-to-end process and LOS is must. Experience in digitization and automation of credit and allied processes.
• To manage the MIS function such that quality of portfolio is ensured.
• Rationalizing and simplifying processes and policies, in line with business requirements.
• Credit Administration of credit processes, create hind sighting strategy supervises the outcomes.  

Competencies -

• Have strong business understanding of the retail lending business in India and understanding of the regulatory landscape
• Strong experience in establishing and managing high-performing teams with a collaborative leadership approach.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
