Job Description – Assistant Draftsman

Position: Assistant Draftsman

Experience: 2+ Years (Freshers are also welcome to apply)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Draftsmanship, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any relevant technical qualification

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare 2D drawings using Solid Works / AutoCAD.
• Prepare structural, fabrication, assembly, and detailing drawings.
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Prepare fabrication and erection drawings as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project Execution teams.
• Revise drawings based on engineering and customer requirements.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and quality requirements.
• Support project execution by providing accurate technical drawings.

Required Skills :

• Good knowledge of Solid Works / AutoCAD.
• Understanding of profile sections, structural assemblies, and detailing.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation.
• Ability to prepare fabrication and erection drawings.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in the Cooling Tower industry will be an added advantage.

Eligibility :

• ITI / Diploma in Draftsmanship or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience: 2+ Years preferred.
• Freshers with good Solid Works knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Job Opening : Site Engineer / Erection & Commissioning Engineer

Position : Site Engineer – Erection & Commissioning Engineer

Location : Pan India (Excellent performers may get opportunities for overseas projects.)

Experience : 0–1+ Years

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related Mechanical field

* Carry out installation activities as per engineering drawings and project requirements.

* Ensure proper alignment, assembly, and installation of cooling tower components.

* Perform inspection, testing, and commissioning of equipment.

* Troubleshoot installation and operational issues at project sites.

* Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.

* Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during site work.

* Travel to customer locations across India as per project requirements.

Candidate Requirements :

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related Mechanical field.

* 0–1+ years of experience in site work, erection, commissioning, or mechanical maintenance.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Qualification :

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Plastic Engineering / Chemical Engineering

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours : Day Shift (8 to 10 Hours) / Saturday Weekly Off

* Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and finished products.

* Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

* Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

* Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.

* Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.

* Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

* Support internal and external quality audits.

* Monitor adherence to quality procedures and ISO standards.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure quality compliance.

* Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Required Skills : 

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

* Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
