Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role is suited for a proactive professional with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients for the company’s products/services
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/Software services
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management

Designation : Digital Marketing Executive (Organic Lead Generation)

Nature : On-site, Permanent - Indore [M.P.]

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Package : Hike on last drawn upto 4.2 LPA (net)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute Organic Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing strategies with the team.
• Generating Organic leads through various social media handles.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to Online Branding, SMO etc.
• Social Media Promotions & Organic Marketing.
• Connecting with International Clients through cold reach.
• Enhance digital marketing performance every day.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points for Lead Generation.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English Communication skills.
• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year documented experience in Digital Marketing profile.
• Knowledge of the Global Market (Forex & Comex) is a plus.
• Should be a confident, detail-oriented and responsible team player with exceptional social media management skills.

Manage outreach campaigns using Google Sheets or CRM tools

Work closely with the founder to refine lead strategy and messaging

We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automation testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze system specifications

Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

Evaluate product code according to specifications

Create logs to document testing phases and defects

Report bugs and errors to development teams

Help troubleshoot issues

Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester of a minimum 4 years

Must have knowledge in API and Selenium Automation

Must have knowledge of SQL and Linux

Working knowledge of test management Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Base Criteria

Candidate should be comfortable with APP and UI Testing (Must)

Candidate should be able to write excellent Test cases (+ve and -ve)

Candidate should be good at logical implementations

Candidate should be good in Communication and work approach
