About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing professional to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in app performance marketing, user acquisition, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Drive app installs, user acquisition, and customer growth initiatives.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPI, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for conversion improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and App Acquisition campaigns.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.
• Strong understanding of attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.
• Experience in consumer internet, mobility, fintech, gaming, quick commerce, food delivery, or app-first businesses preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in campaign optimization, funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Preferred Background

Job DescripƟon: ResponsibiliƟes:

 Lead the design and implementaƟon of Salesforce soluƟons tailored to Provider Network

Management.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translaƟng them

into technical specificaƟons.

 Should work as liaison/connector among external stakeholder (Providers), Internal

(Business/Sales/Market) and Technical teams (Dev/QA/BSA).

 Develop and maintain comprehensive documentaƟon, including soluƟon design,

configuraƟon, and user guides.

 Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce soluƟons, opƟmizing for efficiency and

effecƟveness.

 Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best pracƟces, ensuring compliance with industry

·      Should be able to understand system end-end, maintain application and troubleshoot issues.

·      Should have understanding of building, deploying and maintaining server based as well as serverless applications on cloud, preferably AWS.

·      Expertise in integrating synchronously and asynchronously with third party web services.

·      Good to have concrete knowledge of AWS Lambda functions, API Gateway, AWS.

·      CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Event bridge, Kinesis, Secret Manager, S3 storage, server architectural models etc.
