Role – Technical Architect

 

 

ZipLoan is looking out for a strong technology leader of Software Product Engineering, with a Technical Experience of about 12+ years, and hands-on experience in Software Product Development and ownership. You will head our Platform team which will be tasked with building ZipLoan's platform layer along with a set of engineers reporting to you.

 

Role:

 

1. Understand the business end-to-end in order to drive a use-case driven architecture.
2. Identify parts of the code-base which can be made reusable as modules or services.
3. Propose architecture improvements to provide reliability and robustness at scale.
4. Provide a roadmap for evolution of the technology ecosystem.
5. Identify and erase technical debt.
6. Provide consultancy to engineering teams on specific design challenges.
7. Propose engineering best practices and help teams in adopting them.

 

1. 12 years min experience in core software development.
2. Hands-on experience building consumer Web/mobile apps at scale.
3. Strong exposure to open-source technology – Python and other languages,

Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web development frameworks

1. Strong architecture skills.
2. Ability to mentor engineering team members effectively.
3. Preferably a strong full-stack engineer or at least strong backend skills with some front-end skill.

 

Job Description: 1. Create an organisational infrastructure that allows the business to deliver a consistently excellent experience to all customers 2. Oversee all inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, email and social media) for quality check. 3. Measure and track Net Promoter Score and build a roadmap to improve it. 4. Interview potential customers who are dropping out of the application funnel, find key reasons for such dropout and reduce the dropout 5. Interpret the sources of friction, form customer insights and influence the customer experience across the entire company through Product, Marketing, Sales, Service, Legal, and Back-Office 6. Track Social media complaints and answer such queries 7. Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC) research programs that capture both transactional and strategic feedback and provide actionable operational input on a routine basis. 8. Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and entrepreneurial commitment towards delivering a WOW experience Desired Profile: 1. 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience Management 2. Strong communication and presentation skills 3. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably 4. Prior experience of working with MSME segment would be a plus 5. Prior experience with fintech industry would be a plus

Role: 1. Determine customers' needs and desires by conducting the required research and reaching out to existing/potential customers 2. Prepare key strategic insights to assess the overall market opportunities, partnerships, competitive landscape and product offerings to targeted segments 3. Develop partnerships with SAAS API and other players to enhance company’s product capabilities faster. 4. Develop the product roadmap to disrupt the traditional methods in Banks/NBFCs 5. Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure timely technology releases on multiple product initiatives and release impeccable products 6. Develop the mobile product strategy to acquire and service MSME customers. Desired Profile: 1. Minimum 2+ years of active product management experience. 2. Graduation from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes. 3. Data lover who is good in Data Collection, Extraction and Analysis 4. Good with Experimentation (A/B Testing) 5. Good with Interactive Prototyping 6. Knowledge of different types of tech stack 7. Interest in fintech/lending domain 8. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Role: 1. Manage team of offline marketing associates across 10+ cities. 2. Plan detailed monthly work plan for offline marketing associates. 3. Establish, track and achieve the day to day valid business leads’ generation target. Desired Profile: 1. 5+ years of overall professional marketing experience in Finance Industry 2. Should have prior experience of marketing to MSME customers 3. Bachelor or Master’s degree

Role: - Develop a strong understanding of who should be an Ambassador and how this program is differentiated, - Creating outsized value for both the Ambassador and the company. - Develop incentive and reward model for Ambassadors to drive referrals program. -Develop the overarching program infrastructure, including program brand identity and messaging, rules of engagement, toolkits, etc. -Implement tools/CRM to house and measure all Ambassadors at scale. -Partner with cross-functional teams and product to integrate program into Product roadmap. -Define brand and social guidelines, develop content, marketing calendar and create briefs. -Go beyond Facebook: empower Ambassadors to leverage all distribution channels to share their stories and drive referrals (i.e. Email, Text, Messenger, YouTube, Whatsapp etc). Desired Profile: -Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator. -5 plus years of overall professional marketing experience. -Prior experience working with MSME customers. -Skilled with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail. -Should have an analytical bent of mind and should be numbers driven. -Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile.

Role: 1. Hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO: On-page & off-page optimization. 2. Responsible for boosting domain authority, page authority & trust flow of website by building links. 3. Competition analysis, research, content marketing, interlinking, tags management of all URL's of a website. 4. Proven experience in SEM to grow search engine ranking pages CTR. 5. Should be capable enough for research in latest updates by search engine & well served in implementing search engine optimization recommendation. 6. Work with the development team for on page jobs & marketing team from a content creation point of view. 7. Should be capable enough to manage optimizations of following’s website, mobile, content, local business, link building & keyword strategy to increase ranking on all major search network. Desired Profile: 1. 10 years min experience in core software development. 2. Hands-on experience building consumer Web/mobile apps at scale. 3. Strong exposure to open-source technology – Python, Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web development frameworks. 4. Strong architecture skills. 5. Ability to provide leadership to team and project with maturity. 6. Ability to interact with people effectively across functional areas.

Role: As a part of the Platform Team, you will have a critical role in managing the ZipLoan infrastructure. 1. Understand the underlying infrastructure and keep it running 2. Design and improve processes related to CI/CD and ops monitoring and up time 3. Ensure release and ops monitoring standards remain consistent across engineering teams 4. Provide consultancy to engineering teams on specific DevOps challenges 5. Implement tools needed by various engineering teams Desired Profile: 1. Knowledge of different aspects of DevOps and the associated tools - CI, CD, SRE 2. Ability to build tools in Python 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Strong in Linux administration and able to administer scalable systems/servers 5. Knowledge of Web/database servers 6. Knowledge of Cloud systems, particularly AWS stack

Responsibilities:  Develop our product’s frontend  Strengthen and improve architecture of our front end.  Optimize applications for maximum speed  Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability  Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers  Write functional requirement documents and guides  Strengthen and improve development and release processes within the team.  Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies Requirements:  Minimum of 6 years of work-experience as a Front-end developer  Experience in developing frontend applications at scale  Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript, CSS, Angular, AJAX and jQuery  In-depth understanding of the entire web development process  Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, data binding.  An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment  Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
