Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.

2. Clinical Support

• Assist doctors or registered nurses in basic medical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
• Perform basic procedures such as dressing wounds, catheter care, and injections (if permitted).
• Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.

3. Patient Monitoring

• Observe patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
• Maintain daily patient care records and reports.
• Support rehabilitation and recovery processes.

4. Patient & Family Support

• Educate patients and family members on basic home care and hygiene practices.
• Provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Assist family members in understanding medication schedules and care routines.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Follow hospital/home healthcare policies and clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
• Freshers with clinical training may also apply.

Responsibilities: 

• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team to manage end to end recruitment and ensuring the business needs are met within defined timelines. 
• Leverage social media and other channels of sourcing to tap the passive candidate pool. The intern shall be a support in Recruitment related analytics. 
• Mine databases to identify potential candidates and screen profiles for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to open requirements 
• Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate database

Act as a subject matter expert in software design principles, programming languages, and development methodologies. • System Integration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate software components with hardware systems or existing software infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of software modules. • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code written by other team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability. Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user manuals. • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the "I" domain. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance the software development process and product performance. • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate effort, and plan development timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the specified quality standards.
