We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer – Design Systems to own the visual language, brand expression, and UI consistency across our products and platforms. This role defines how our brand shows up at scale—across interfaces, products, and touchpoints.
You will be the steward of aesthetic coherence, craft excellence, and visual scalability.
Key Responsibilities-
Visual System Ownership:
- Lead the creation and evolution of a robust visual design system
- Define typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, motion principles, and theming
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms (web, mobile, emerging surfaces)
Brand × Product Integration:
- Translate brand principles into usable, flexible UI systems
- Maintain consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences
- Ensure the system supports localization, accessibility, and scalability
Design Craft Leadership:
- Set the bar for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail
- Conduct visual reviews and mentor designers on craft and system usage
- Push teams from “acceptable” to exceptional design quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX Design Leads to align visual expression with interaction logic
- Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs
- Contribute to design ops: documentation, governance, and contribution models
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Product Designer Profile, with good exposure to Design systems
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product / Visual / UI Design, with Top / large scale Products
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience translating brand principles into scalable UI systems — covering typography, color, iconography, spacing, motion, and theming.
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have deep expertise in creating and evolving design systems that ensure pixel-perfect execution across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- Mandatory (Skill 2 ): Must have strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy with an obsessive attention to detail and polish.
- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience maintaining visual consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences — supporting localization, accessibility, and scalability.
- Mandatory (Tools): Must have mastery of Figma, design tokens, and component-driven UI workflows.

Description
The Project Manager (BFSI) – Full Time role is responsible for managing and delivering IT projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role requires strong project governance, execution discipline, and a solid understanding of BFSI operational and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery while coordinating stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute BFSI-focused IT projects from initiation to closure.
Develop and manage the project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on risks, issues, and milestones.
Conduct project reviews, stand-ups, and status meetings to drive alignment.
