Strong knowledge on Batch monitoring and scheduling experience of any of Control-M, autosys, D-Series scheduler tools. ?Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria. ?Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems ?Should actively involve for any batch related issue and provide the fix before SLA. ?Knowledge of ITSM tools like service now, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process. ?Willing to provide the 24/7 support ?Ability to work on Mass schedule changes without any scheduling issue. ?Should perform Holiday schedule changes. ?Should know how to define or change the report. Analyzing schedule dependencies and interfacing with application support teams. Scheduling different kinds of batch production job flows including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly schedules. Scheduling setting up testing jobs for the scheduling test system. Process Skills: ?Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. ?Should be able to provide training and KT to staff members of Control-M. ?Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL. ?On-call support and handling issues as per business priority Behavioral Skills: Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. 

We are 45 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups. 

We are a fully remote team.

Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a SDE III, you will be :

1. Designing and implementing FullStack applications of interface.ai’s conversational AI platform and playing a significant role in evolving them.
2. Working with a team of driven and passionate engineers working on cutting edge technology, who take pride in solving complex problems.
3. Engaging in cross-functional team discussions on Product, design, QA, deployment and maintenance,  in a fast-moving collaborative set up.
4. Building reusable code and libraries for future use
5. Analyzing high level requirements, breaking it down into workable/demoable tasks, estimating them and delivering with high quality.

12. Have Hands-on experience in Node.JS / Express.JS / Hapi.js / Koa.js (or any other Web Framework), and Relational Databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
13. Have Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
14. Have Hands-on experience in Mocha or other Javascript testing frameworks
15. Have experience working with react, python (Nice to have)
16. Have hands-on experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies, container management systems such as Kubernetes
17. Have a strong understanding of systems using real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling, server-sent events)

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
