Skills Needed:

• Hands-on experience in Python
• Any frontend JavaScript framework like react.js, vue.js, angular, or react-native;
• Any modern SQL database, such as MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres, can be used.
• A sound foundation in data structure, algorithms, and System Design.
• Sound team tech leadership skills to mentor juniors.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI is a huge plus.
• A Startup 0 to 1 mindset.
• Any graduate or postgraduate with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

 Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients

using telephonic and/or video conversations

 Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART

 Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined

 Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve

fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets

 Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures

 Prompt resolution of complaints

 Daily 10-15 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients

Experience & Background

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA
• 2-4 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test, product, and maintain Windows-based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new product introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++/C# based solutions and experience with any user interface development (UWP / WPF)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies, and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus

Your Part:

• Design for Docon user base across new initiatives.

• Effectively hand over the designs to the engineering team, test internal release & ensure execution of your designs at high quality. 

• Provide the reasoning behind the design solutions and anything related to the user journey, wireframes, research findings, high fidelity designs, and usability testing.

• Improve the user experience of the product based on customer feedback or analytics findings.

• Responsible for validating designs with customers at an early stage, also responsible for checking how features are used after they go live and iterate if need be.
