Job Title: Junior Accountant - US Accounting

Job Summary:

As a Foreign Accountant, you will assist in managing financial records for international operations, process multi-currency transactions, and support tax compliance efforts under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements for international operations.
• Support with multi-currency transactions and ensure accurate exchange rate calculations.
• Help maintain financial records and reconcile accounts for foreign branches.
• Aid in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of international accounting principles and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• 5+ years experience with Hyland OnBase (Content Management)
• Have knowledge on OnBase workflows
• Knowledge on Document Intake Process, Indexing etc., on OnBase
• Experience writing custom scripts to intervene on the OnBase workflows using DotNet

Process Skills:

• Hands-on in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code.

Behavioral Skills:

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Participate in brainstorming and technical ideation for projects with product, growth, and engineering
• You will design Scalable and Fault-Tolerant systems
• You will help Maintain critical and auxiliary systems (databases, cache ...)
• You will build Experiments that help validate hypotheses for the product

• Strong professional experience in programming primarily around C#, SQL Server. 
• Focus on MVC, Jquery. 
• Strong experience in Design Patterns, Multithreading, OOPS concept. 
• Strong debugging skills.

• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and other related front-end web technologies.  
• Should have strong HTML, CSS & UI Development knowledge. 
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices. 
• Candidates having experience with Angular 7/8 & Xamarin will be preferred (not mandatory). 
• Dot Net Full Stack Skills required: HTML; CSS; Bootstrap; JavaScript; jQuery/ Angular JS; AJAX; Web API; C#; SQL Server (database) ASP.NET( Ado.Net + Stack Management Techniques) MVC/ Asp.Net Core.
