Performance Marketing Manager - B2B Domain

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, and be able to create engaging creatives across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials
• Design graphics, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other promotional collateral
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Edit and create visual content for digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams for campaign execution
• Work on logo design, brand identity, and packaging design (if required)
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and maintain quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3+ years of experience in graphic designing (can be adjusted as needed)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding work
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics/video editing knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java (8+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on expertise in frameworks and tools: Spring Boot, ReactJS, NodeJS, REST, SOAP.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
• Backend & Databases: Experience with Oracle and Postgres DB (Shining Stars).
• CI/CD Tools: Skilled in Jenkins, GitHub, TDD/BDD.
• Testing Tools: Practical experience with ReadyAPI, Postman, Jest, JUnit.
• Cloud Technologies: Exposure to OCI, Azure, AWS.
• AI Tools: Familiar with GitHub Copilot.
• Containerization & Architecture: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Microservices, Microfrontend.
• Nice to Have: Test automation experience with Selenium, Java Cucumber, and Kafka

Top college graduate with experience in Founder’s Office / GTM Strategy / Growth / Strategy / Operations / Revenue Ops roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Ops, Startup leadership, VC, or Ex-Founder roles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience working with founders and/or senior leadership, owning high-impact initiatives with end-to-end responsibility

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on team leadership experience, with direct people management responsibility for a minimum of 2 team members.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have played a key role in scaling journeys such as 0→1, 1→10, or 1→100, including building processes, charters, and execution frameworks from scratch

Intro

Develop the brand guidelines and graphics for product and marketing assets. The individual will also own the design of visual assets for marketing of the product across touchpoints.

What will you do
Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines

Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience.

Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts

Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations.

Support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation and customer feedback

Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.

Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.

Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in design/relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency with full Adobe creative suite
