What are we looking for?

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience

What you will be doing here?

• Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels
• Handling multiple design assignments across the digital ecosystem for Google, Facebook, and all other platforms
• Ability to understand the user flow of an ad to install and thus keeping a close check on messaging, fonts, visual communication
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
• Share required templates /illustrations /other design assets to the internal team and liaising with them for video assets
• Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimise production efforts
• Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar
• Digital platform design experience and understanding of cross-platform design guidelines
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site UI/UX Designer role located in Coimbatore. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences that will allow users to interact effectively with our products and digital solutions. The UI/UX Designer will be required to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to understand and translate requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces and experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Candidate should have creative & analytic mindset.
• Should expert in Graphic, Web & Mobile App Designs.
• Expert knowledge in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Should have knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript.
• Must have knowledge in wireframing tools.
• Knowledge Material-UI.
• Must have knowledge SEO friendly websites.
• Experience with Responsive Website Design.
• Understanding of user experience, usability and responsive web design will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the latest web technologies, cross browser and platform issues.
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and familiarity with latest design trends is needed.
• Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects.
• High proficiency in Figma is a must. The candidate should be able to create complex design systems, use auto-layout effectively, and leverage Figma's interactive components for prototyping.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the design process from ideation to development; including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
• Experience in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies. The ability to empathize with users, understand their problems, and translate their needs into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Demonstrable skills in ideation, sketching, and creating low-fidelity wireframes for early-stage idea exploration.
• It is an added advantage to have familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for close collaboration with our development team.
• A keen understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. You should be able to create designs that work well on any device and screen size.
• Excellent visual design skills, including but not limited to, composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis and assess user feedback to deliver world-class design solutions.
• Demonstrated experience using data, user feedback, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience using additional design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Certification in UX design from a reputable institution.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• A graphic design qualification or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing. 
• Portfolio with design projects.
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
• Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
• A keen eye for visual details.
• Aesthetic skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.

Salary: 5-6 LPA

• Graduation or Diploma in Computers
• Good knowledge of PHP,HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Banking/ NBFC/ Financial Institution background will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail
