Qualifications Skills :

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or aluminium / glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Soft Skills

Working Conditions

 Work split between production facility and construction site (depending on projectstage).

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. A key aspect of this role involves championing agile methodologies, coaching teams on agile best practices, and facilitating agile ceremonies to improve team performance and product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Coach and mentor project teams on agile principles and practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams. Ensure successful project closure and post-project reviews. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management. Proven experience leading agile transformations and managing agile projects. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks. Experience with project management software and collaboration tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
