We are a Yoga Institute , based out of Bengaluru, looking for a skilled and technically equipped person to edit / shoot/ handle creative design works/ social media postings and related Skills:
1. Proficiency in Design Software: The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve is also required.
2. Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in creative designing and video editing is essential.
3. Understanding of Design Measurements: The candidate should have a thorough understanding of different sizes and measurements used in designing.
4. Adaptability: A creative designer should be adaptable and able to work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique requirements.
5. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in design. Small elements can make a big difference in the overall impact of a design.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Design often involves solving problems, whether it's finding the most effective way to communicate a message or figuring out how to make a design work within certain constraints.
7. Knowledge of Current Design Trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends can help a designer create work that feels fresh and relevant.
8. Time Management Skills: Design projects often have tight deadlines, so it's important for a designer to be able to manage their time effectively.
9. Understanding of Color Theory: Color can greatly affect how a design is perceived, so a good understanding of color theory is important.
10. Typography Skills: The ability to use type effectively is a key skill in design. This includes understanding which fonts to use, how to pair them, and how to use type to enhance a design.
11. Researching and Referencing: Should have strong research skills to gather ideas and inspiration for their designs and should also understand how to properly reference any work or ideas that are not their own to avoid plagiarism and respect intellectual property rights.
12. Proficiency in Hindi Literature: Should be proficient in typing Hindi literature. This skill is crucial for creating content that resonates with our Hindi-speaking audience and expands our reach.
