Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong contacts to secure deals for software development and maintenance service projects, and hands-on experience managing CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and WhatsApp marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and connect with potential clients for software development and maintenance services.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• CRM Management:
• Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management.
• Marketing Tools Management:
• Execute campaigns using email and WhatsApp marketing tools to nurture leads and engage with clients.
• Analyze marketing campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales pipeline and market insights.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in software development and IT services.
• Strong network and ability to generate leads and close deals in software development and maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp marketing tools like Interakt, Wati or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them effectively to clients.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering value to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales in the IT/Software industry.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in software development and IT services.

Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in testing distributed backend software architectures/systems.

• 4+ years of work experience in test planning and automation of enterprise software

• Expertise in programming using Java or Python and other scripting languages.

• Experience with one or more public clouds is expected.

• Comfortable with build processes, CI processes, and managing QA Environments as well as working with build management tools like Git, and Jenkins

. • Experience with performance and scalability testing tools.

• Good working knowledge of relational databases, logging, and monitoring frameworks is expected.

Familiarity with system flow like how they interact with an application Eg. Elasticsearch, Mongo, Kafka, Hive, Redis, AWS

Skills We Require:- Dev Ops, AWS Admin, terraform, Infrastructure as a Code

SUMMARY:-

• Implement integrations requested by customers
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Have good hands on experience on Dev Ops, AWS Admin, terraform, Infrastructure as a Code

Have knowledge on EC2, Lambda, S3, ELB, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, Centos, Server Hardening

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress
• Manage front-end and back-end website development
• Customize WordPress plug-ins and themes

• Proficiency using WordPress
• Be proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and jQuery
