Jr. Graphic Designer WFH Night Shift

As Senior Front-End Developer at Meetmo, you'll be responsible for designing(converting from Figma to React UI; matching the UI design same as given in Figma by our customers), and maintaining web applications. You'll work with the development team, as well as UX/UI designers. You'll work closely with our back-end and full-stack developers to deliver consistent and reliable web experience. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers and to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers. We, at Meetmo, believe in an agile work structure and we're particularly looking for such candidates who are willing to explore rather than stick to his/her comfort zones, which will ultimately benefit employees to increase their technical knowledge in more than one field thus excelling in their career.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes.

Supervisory & Responsibilities:

• Hires     and trains quality assurance staff.   
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.   
• Conducts performance evaluations that are     timely and constructive.        
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company     policy.    
  
  

     Role & Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet     required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.   
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.    
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development     team, and other appropriate staff.   
• Coordinates product testing processes.    
• Participates in product testing.    
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly     when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates     solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.

Mobile Developer (Xamarin)
To assist us in building out our next generation of mobile apps using Xamarin, we’re looking for a well-rounded Mobile developer. A primary job responsibility will be to assist in developing and maintaining new features for the Xamarin application. The right person for this job will understand the agile methodology as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience developing software using Xamarin.
•  Xamarin Form based UI development using XAML

• Basic understanding of design patterns

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of features for our cross platform applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting that are beyond capabilities of help desk or customer service
• Analyze and fix QA and production problems
• Ensure proper functioning of applications in a production environment
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers and QA in meeting tight deadlines utilizing SCRUM in an agile environment.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems.

• 4-7 years of Industry experience in IT or consulting organizations
• 3+ years of experience defining and delivering Salesforce.com enterprise applications in lead developer role
• Must have hands on Salesforce Lightning and UI development experience 
• Excellent overall understanding of the Salesforce core product suite combined with deep understanding of CRM business processes in sales, marketing & customer service.
• Hands on development knowledge of relevant Salesforce architecture concepts, data & security structures, enterprise integration, as well as configuration and customization options (including Apex, Lightning, Custom UI, JS, Integration, API etc.)
• Web development experience including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery
• Knowledge of Oracle DB SQL 
• Development experience with Integration tools. Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter is a plus
