ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer with a focus on Web automation testing using new technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for API and web testing.
- Integrate automated tests with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Execute automated API and web tests, analyze results, report and document technical issues and bugs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure fixes to failed test cases are quickly moved into production.
- Develop test reports and present to stakeholders
- Review and continuously improve test strategies, test plans and test cases/scenarios for each platform.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum meetings and iterative development cycles.
TECH STACK
- Automation technologies: POM, Selenium.
- Language: Java/JavaScript/Python.
- CI/CD tool: Jenkins.
- Test Management tool: JIRA, Zephyr.
- Web Technologies: Angular JS, React.
- Cloud services: Browser Stack.
- Load and Performance Testing Tools: Locust, JMeter (preferred), Load Runner (preferred).
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured (preferred)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience of 1- 3 years in Web automation.
- Proven experience as a selenium automation tester, with strong proficiency in Java is required to write efficient and maintainable automation scripts.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver for creating robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests.
- Strong experience in automation framework creation approach such as Page Object Model.
- Should be hands on and well versed in testing Angular JS and React dashboards.
- Should have worked on TestNG, Cucumber.
- Exposure to cloud based testing services like AWS device farm or browser stack is a big plus.
- Experience with version control systems like GIT.
- Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies and standards.
- Proficient In OOPS principles.
- Should have hands on experience in creating a Framework.
- Having experience in other programming languages and tools is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The SEM specialist plans, executes, and manages the overall SEO strategy for clients.
2. Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads/Adwords and Bing Ads.
3. Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
4. Assist in developing landing pages and other marketing materials that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
5. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
6. Analyse, track, and improve existing paid adverts and campaigns, in real-time if needed
7. Design, plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns based on current needs and company goals
8. Work with paid advertising platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, and more
9. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve
desired outcomes.
10. Ensure that all advertisements meet client needs.
11. Measure effectiveness of SEO marketing efforts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related fields
2. Experience as SEM specialist, pay-per-click (PPC) Manager, or other related roles
3. Knowledge of A/B testing.
4. Skilled in HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of fintech industry trends and regulations is a plus

1. Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media.
2. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in collections and smart device ecosystems.
3. Craft persuasive copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
4. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.
5. Adapt writing style and tone to suit different target personas and communication channels.
6. Create content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
7. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
8. Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free, polished final products.
9. Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
10. Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
11. Manage the content strategy and editorial planning.
Key Requirements :
1 Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B technology, finance, or telecommunications sectors.
3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
4. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
5.Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
6.Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical subject matter.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
8.Proficiency in using content management systems and collaborative writing tools.

EXPECTATION –
As a Pre Sales team member, you will be aligned to address technical needs of our clients/ customers and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. You must maintain deep knowledge of Datacultr’s platform's features, capabilities, and integration points, and be able to articulate these to customers and internal team/s as & when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Customer Relationship Management: Be the primary technology point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for understanding customer business challenges and technology needs, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Growth: Identifying opportunities for account growth and discuss the same with your seniors to pitch for upselling or cross-selling. Works closely with internal Customer Success teams to identify these opportunities and demonstrate the value of additional services or products.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation Management: When technical issues arise, coordinate with the support and engineering teams to resolve these issues promptly. Quickly manage issues and ensure timely communication back to the customer.
- Training and Education: Creation and delivery of training materials and sessions for customers, ensuring that they can effectively use the platform.
- Technical Planning and Consultation: Collaborates with internal Customer Success Managers to develop strategic plans that leverage the Datacultr platform to address business needs and opportunities. They deliver consultative guidance on best practices and standard methodologies.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on account status, usage metrics, service levels, and other key performance indicators.
KEY REQUIREMENT -
- 0 - 1 years of experience required in the SaaS industry, preferably with a Banking Software Vendor, focused on global financial services.
- Functional experience in a technical pre sales role.
- Knowledge of enterprise products life cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
