Core Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preprocessing:
• Gathering data from various sources (databases, APIs, web scraping, etc.).
• Cleaning and transforming raw data into a usable format.
• Handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
• Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Using statistical methods and visualization techniques to gain insights.
• Formulating hypotheses and identifying potential areas of investigation.
• Model Development and Implementation:
• Developing machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Selecting appropriate algorithms and techniques based on the problem and data.
• Training, testing, and evaluating model performance.
• Deploying models into production environments.
• Data Visualization and Communication:
• Creating clear and concise visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Writing reports and documentation to summarize analysis and results.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.   
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog.
• Product Development and Execution:Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.   
• Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and deliverables.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.   
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.   
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.   
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Issue Resolution and Documentation:
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve product and service quality.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using industry-standard best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Collaborate with other team members, including product managers, designers, and testers, to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing Java applications.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, or JUnit.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
