Role 2: Founding Engineer (Customer)

• Turn their pain into product, with features and bug fixes
• Optimize the product for PLG (product led growth)
• Automate anything that takes time (e.g. support, analytics, customer delight)
• Experiment with the latest AI technologies to solve customer pains
