Job Title : AI/ML Engineer (Python)

Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled AI/ML Engineers with expertise in Python to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates will have 5+ Years or 10+ Years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, developing scalable solutions, and contributing to cutting-edge machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production environments.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Work with large datasets to derive insights and develop predictive models.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and implement new machine learning methods and technologies.
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.
• Mentor junior engineers (for 10+ Years of experience candidates).

Key Requirements :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

• For 5+ Years : Proven expertise in AI/ML development with hands-on project experience.
• For 10+ Years : Advanced expertise in AI/ML with a track record of leading complex projects and mentoring teams.

Technical Skills :

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data processing tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying models.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous.

Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

# Requirements -

- 1-3 years of experience testing

- Good with testing concepts, understands test life cycle

- Good bug reporting and communication skills

- Understands release process and past experience of release process

- Understanding the business criticality & being Flexible

- Sound knowledge on Compatibility testing

- Hands on experience on both Web and Mobile platforms

# Responsibilities -

- Domain/Product knowledge would be an added value

- Automation skills for mobile application is an added advantage

- Knowledge and experience on debugging tools (Adb, Xcode, Jmeter, etc.)

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely and independently
• Good communication skills and ability to connect with international teams.
• Conceptualize and formulate apps that are suitable for use on all types of iOS devices.
• Safeguard user’s data via encryption and best app development practices.
• Unit testing, proofreading code
• Collaborating with UI/UX team to ensure app is presentable and fits the ecosystem.

• Can work remotely and should have a Mac
• Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or similar.
• Proficiency in Swift and latest iOS frameworks
• Ability to use the Xcode, Instruments, Test Flight with ease.
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Basic understanding of webservices and APIs
• At least one application on the Apple App store.
