We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-obsessed Product Onboarding Assistant for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. This role plays a critical part in helping new users understand and experience the core value of our platform — from crypto trading and gift cards to booking hotels and flights with digital assets.
You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to optimize onboarding flows, reduce friction, and drive early user activation across mobile and web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document new user journeys to identify drop-off points and usability challenges.
- Support the design and testing of onboarding flows, tutorials, and tooltips that guide users through key features.
- Benchmark onboarding strategies of leading fintech, crypto, and travel apps to identify improvement areas.
