About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of networking, hardware, software, and systems administration.
Responsibilities
➔ Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both onsite and remotely.
➔ Assist in maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance.
➔ Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
➔ Aid in the rollout, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software applications, including updates and patches.
➔ Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Conduct basic training sessions to help staff better utilize IT resources.
➔ Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets using the organization’s helpdesk system. Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
➔ Support initiatives related to IT security, ensuring systems adhere to compliance and policy standards, and participate in routine system audits.
Requirements
➔ 2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
➔ Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
➔ Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
➔ Exposure to SASE tools like Zscaler, Netskope, PaloAlto Prisma Access.
➔ Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT solutions.
➔ Basic experience in server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
➔ Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
➔ Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (e.g.,JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow,Freshworks etc).
➔ Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
➔ Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for routine tasks.

About the role:
We are looking for a Frontend developer who would be working on the bleeding edge of technologies. We work primarily with React, Typescript and Redux.
Responsibilities:
- Understand why a particular design was chosen and code accordingly
- Will have to deliver clean bug free unit tested code with minimal guidance
- Strive for continuous improvement by refactoring and applying best practices
- Learn and adapt to new technologies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in React, Redux, Redux Toolkit and Typescript
- Used Typescript for React Components
- Unit testing, Component testing and Custom React hook tests with React Testing Library
- Integration tests with Cypress
- Data fetching libraries like Axios, React Query, RTK Query etc.
- Should have maintained React Components with Storybook.
- Used various CSS stylings methods like CSS Modules, LESS, SCSS, Tailwind, Styled Components, Emotion etc.
- Should understand Git
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
