We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a team responsible for important, business-critical data platforms built on the SQL Server ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & System Understanding
- Take time to understand the existing data platform, including architecture, data flows, and dependencies
- Build a clear picture of how data is modeled, processed, and consumed across the organization
- Support the translation of what you learn into clear plans for stabilization and improvement Reliability & Ongoing Support
- Help ensure data pipelines run predictably and consistently (daily and weekly jobs)
- Investigate and resolve data issues in a structured and timely manner and coordinate with on-shore team for hand-offs
- Look for opportunities to reduce repeat issues through thoughtful improvements
Data Engineering & Relational Databases
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Server Agent jobs
- Write and optimize SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions
- Work confidently with relational data models, understanding how tables, keys, and relationships support reporting and analytics
- Tune performance using indexes, statistics, execution plans, and query design
- Support large datasets and well-used tables with an eye toward scalability and reliability
Agile Delivery & Engineering Practices
- Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in planning and retrospectives
- Use Git for version control and collaborate through structured release processes
- Support smooth promotion of changes across environments (Dev → QA → UAT → Prod)
- Take ownership of work from start to finish, with a focus on quality and follow-through
Collaboration & Communication
- Work directly with business and client stakeholders
- Explain data structures, dependencies, and impacts in clear, accessible language
- Collaborate with analytics, application, and platform teams to align on outcomes

What you’ll actually do

Campaign execution
Build, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (sales, lead gen, traffic, conversions) Set up campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, placements, and creative rotations Upload creatives, write ad copy variations, and set up A/B tests Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across accounts
Optimization and analysis
