Role & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end interaction flows for mobile and web applications
• Create micro-interactions, animations, and motion design elements that enhance user experience

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Interaction Design / Product Design profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ YOE in Interaction Design / Product UX, specifically for B2C Mobile apps or digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and user flows (e.g., contextual UI responses like notifications, transitions, feedback states)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Hands-on experience with designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces, with focus on usability + delight (not just static UI screens
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate interaction concepts into shipped features

Key Responsibilities

1. Map the Bus Operator Landscape & Identify Whitespace Opportunities

2. Develop Brand Strategy & Narrative

• Translate insights into compelling brand storytelling, messaging, and engagement formats.

• Plan and implement GTM strategies for multi-format engagement programs (digital, offline, and hybrid).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in partner engagement or program management, ideally in B2B or service-driven environments.

• Highly organized, with strong prioritization, planning, and execution abilities; capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Business Analytics/Data Analytics Lead

• Enable Business Transformation with Data Analytics by working with our big clients in major sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI
• Partner business teams to understand the business area, work with the team to evolve and define the business problems, use-cases, translate the same into an analytical problem, design solution approach, define ROI, help execute to deliver relevant insights that lead to actions and business value.
• Connect business requirements with Technology solutions and be able to determine feasibility, technical gaps, size etc.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Analytics or similar). MBA preferred

• Prior industry experience in defining/creating Data Analytics solutions  in one or more of Oil & Gas, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail sectors.
