Responsibilities :

• Build and optimize Web3-based applications & integrations using Python.
• Interact with smart contracts and manage on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• Ensure secure key management, scalability, and performance.
• (Optional) Develop and enhance automated trading bots & strategies.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Web3 (web3.py/ethers) and smart contract interaction.
• Hands-on with real-time APIs, WebSockets, Git/Docker.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a founding Full-Stack Engineer who can move fluidly across the stack: dashboards, SDKs, backend services, and internal tools. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, shipping features end-to-end from database to UI. We care less about years of experience in a specific framework and more about your ability to pick up any codebase, understand the problem, and solve it fast.

At Nudge, engineers own the product end-to-end. You won't just receive PRDs to execute on. You'll play an active role in shaping the product roadmap, influencing technical and product decisions, and ensuring what we build truly serves our customers.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain customer-facing products: dashboards (Next.js), web SDKs, Chrome extension, and backend APIs.
• Jump across projects based on priority. You might ship a dashboard feature in the morning and debug an SDK issue in the afternoon.
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our platform.
• Write modular, maintainable code that scales across use cases and user types.
• Use AI coding assistants as a force multiplier. We expect you to ship faster and think bigger with these tools, not just write boilerplate.
• Collaborate with product and design from idea to implementation, owning features end-to-end.
• Shape our architecture and tech stack as we scale.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development across frontend and backend.
• Strong fundamentals: you understand how the web works, from HTTP and networking to databases and caching, not just frameworks.
• Proficiency with coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) and a workflow that leverages them effectively. We don't want someone who can type fast. We want someone who can think fast.
• A problem-solver mindset: you're the kind of person who digs into unfamiliar codebases, reads source code, and figures things out rather than waiting to be told.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js. Familiarity with databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building or maintaining SDKs, libraries, or developer-facing tools is a strong plus.
• Experience working with LLMs in production, including familiarity with LangChain or Vercel AI SDK.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You'll often be the only engineer on a project and need to make good decisions independently.

Storytelling platforms have not evolved with smartphones, as we still consume stories being passive observers. At Raidenbit, we are building http://onelink.to/kahaniboxapp">KahaniBox - The Netflix for interactive fiction in Indian languages. We create stories with immersive roleplay experiences that allow the audience to control how the stories unfold and end. And while doing that, we are solving some fascinating problems around decoding human psychology and understanding our audience’s content tastes using engineering and data science.

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers - the ones who would help us in making KahaniBox the largest interactive fiction platform globally. You would be maintaining/fixing/improving our existing and new front-end and back-end solutions while working 100% remotely in flexible timings.

Required at least 2+ years of experience in -

• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript (ES6)
• Vue.js (or an equivalent frontend framework, e.g. React/Angular)
• Node.js
• Google Cloud Platform (or any other e.g. AWS/Azure, etc).

Ideal candidate will also be experienced in

• BAAS (Firebase or equivalent) and good understanding of serverless architectures.
• RESTFul API Consumption and Development.
• Testing (unit and integration).
• Comfortable with CI, continuous deployment, Git, and project management tools.
• Experience setting up and data mining Analytics databases.

Bonus points if you have experience with TypeScript.

Skill 1 : Java, Spring boot, Microservices and React.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Engineering Manager to plan, implement and deliver tasks and modules on a timely basis with best practices and adherence to SOPs.
• Understand the product specification and be able to ask questions and gather information and feedback to build a well rounded solution.
• Deliver end to end applications starting from front end web development, back end development, middleware integration and persisting data in no SQL or RDBMS databases.
• Should be able to use existing front-end components to build web based UI interfaces.
• Strong technical design approach to problem solving for backend services.
• Should be able to communicate and defend the tech design choices taken for long term scalability and maintainability.
• Play the role of an unblocker in a tight scrum environment.
• Should be able to help other developers with challenges and help achieve milestones as per plan.

• Prioritise to manage ad-hoc requests in parallel with ongoing projects.
• Document API specification, technical design and other key information for all projects/modules/services owned

Requirements:

• A highly talented developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in building secure and scalable web-based applications using Java in backend and JS-based frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, databases (SQL and NoSQL), MySql, Mongo
• Experience working with Cassandra, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of any one or more of AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS and CSS3, HTML5
• Strong experience in data modeling for data storage tools in SQL; experience with noSQL is highly desirable.
• Experience building scalable solutions for 2x, 5x and 10x growth with high quality and flexibility.
• Practitioner of test-driven development practices.
• Experience in creating and adhering to best practices for development
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment.
• Basic knowledge of AWS preferred
• Strong experience in Microservices (SRP) paradigm
• Willing to learn new technologies (Golang)

• Qualification B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA(IT/Computer Science)

Requirements:

• Experience in agile development process.
