You will help drive the day-to-day success of the organization by managing core elements of business growth, marketing and client success. 

We are searching for a candidate who is comfortable working in a cross-functional, Detail oriented, highly dynamic environment and has experience supporting strategic changes backed by data driven insights. This role will be hybrid, and based in our Pune office.

This role isn’t for someone looking for a traditional job description. We need someone who learns new tools and skills quickly to solve problems. Most importantly, get things done.

It’s suitable for someone who has: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT/Computer Science or a related field with MBA
• 1+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated in an organisation involved in software services and product development
• A self-starter and owner mentality - you can leverage the first principle thinking and lead "first-time" assignments with no playbook from initial problem framing to solution roll-out.

• Business Growth: Generating Business Opportunities through digital avenues (Email Marketing, Digital Campaigns and other strategic marketing activities targeted towards ICP)
• Account Based Marketing: Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers of  high-value accounts to increase revenue, retain top accounts, and improve pipeline quality
• Pre-sales Consulting: Assisting in Pre-sales Consulting, conducting product demonstrations and marketing collaterals to showcase the value of the company’s offerings
• Bid Management & Proposal Development: Identify Bid Opportunities and own End-to-End process to create winning responses & documentations for RFPs/RFIs/ RFQs) by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Client/Prospect and team members (including Leadership Team, Business Unit Head and Technical team) for addressing requirements with utmost priority to success of client and organisation goals
• GTM Strategy Design & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
• Solution & Design Coordination: Collaborate with the solutions/technical team to design and present solutions that meet customers' specific needs
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, tracking all sales process stages from lead generation to deal closure
• Market and Product Research for Growth: Research industry trends, competitors, and market needs to find new opportunities. Analyze business data and client needs to create cost-effective strategies. Assess products, customer pain points, and market demand to define unique value and messaging, aligning strategies for growth.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal and People team to ensure adherence to established business processes
• Event Participation, Workshops & Networking: Organising virtual events, workshops, and representing Tekdi at regional/national events in the region with prospect/industry
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Leadership Team and Business Unit Heads

Roles and Responsibilities

§ Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.

§ Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site

§ Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services

§ Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

§ Maintaining a visible online on social media presence and adhering to the marketing goals

§ Increasing the company's awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques

§ Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

§ Familiarity with paid advertisement and aware about different websites, and tools for creating graphics, images and video content

§ To create a range of engaging digital content such as Marketing and      

 Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online

 platforms and social media channels.

§ To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.

§ Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.

§ Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)

§ Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc

§ Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

§ Develop posts and articles on a wide range of topics that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website

§ Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

§ Requirements and skills

§ 3+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

§ Excellent written and oral Communication skills

§ The ability to create original web content with images or videos

§ Proven work experience as a Social Media content writer or a similar role

§ Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

• We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.
• To ensure success as a React.js Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, a top-class React.js Developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

Cloud Platform Developer:

• 8 to 12 years of platform development experience with good knowledge on any virtualized platform (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Openstack, AWS, etc)
• Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package VMs on cloud platforms – OVF/OVA, qcow2, etc.
• Strong in Shell and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform will be useful
• Knowledge of Rift.io / Open source MANO / Restful APIs will be plus
• Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals – IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, IP routing, etc.
• Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical
• Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
