Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.

We are looking for an avid programmer and an engineer who is enthusiastic about building complex data-oriented web platforms. Someone who is aspiring to become an industry tech leader in the GIS stack. Knowing about GIS is not a prerequisite if you can learn and adapt quickly. The candidate will facilitate requirement analysis, provide feedback and enhance software frameworks. About Product:

SiteRecon is the Amazon + Google Docs combination for maps. Users place an order to create a map. State-of-the-art AI does our data delivery with a humans-in-the-loop pipeline. This becomes the basemap to create survey notes, operations plans, cost estimates, and so on. We are looking for a Lead Application Developer to increase this edge in our Android and iOS applications.

About the Market:

Although our technology applies to many applications especially related to the site-based operations industry, our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The combined size of Industry in these 3 countries alone makes up a staggering $140B.

Responsibilities:

• Build high-performance web applications using ReactJS, OpenLayers, and other libraries
• Convert visual designs to UI elements with an acute eye for detail and design fidelity
• Make web applications responsive and cross-browser compatible
• Optimize application performance and reduce page loading speed
• Own, execute, and deliver products/features end-to-end from planning to design to development to deployment
• Contribute towards technical architecture – including coding framework, cloud administration, security, etc.
• Writing reusable, testable, well-documented, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Fast learner and stays up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and be able to mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in building products
• Integrating Restful APIs and building responsive UIs – (bootstrap/antd/MaterialUI/less/scss)
• Strong experience in React, Redux/Flux, React Hooks, Context, data structure libraries. (e.g., Immutable.js) etc.
• Proficient with modern JavaScript. (ES6+: Classes, modules, arrow functions, async/await, destructuring, etc.)
• Understanding of client-side performance issues
• Flexibility to understand and adopt large and pre-existing codebases
• Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

We’d be impressed if you also have –

• Some experience with python/java/nodejs
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture, API gateways, Application security etc
• Experience with GCP core services like Cloud Engine, Firebase, Pub/Sub, Load Balancers etc
• Exposure to Unix systems and servers

1.       Strong knowledge in Front end scripting like EJS, JavaScript, Jquery

Your key responsibilities will be converting PSD/Figma into HTML/CSS. You will also be responsible for writing clean, semantic front end code - HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Java Script.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
