Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create innovative website designs that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and adherence to best practices in web development.

- Optimize web designs for responsiveness, speed, and performance across various devices and browsers.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web design and user experience to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our websites.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights and analytics.

- Support marketing initiatives by creating visually compelling graphics, banners, and other digital assets for online campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, as well as familiarity with web design tools like Sketch or Figma.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to implement design concepts.

- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
