Job Title - Senior Drupal Developer

Responsibilities:Ā
- Lead the development and implementation of complex Drupal-based solutions, including custom module development, theming, and site building.
- Architect Drupal solutions based on project requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in Drupal development best practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and clients, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend Drupal modules and tools to streamline development processes and enhance functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to the Drupal community through module development, patches, and participation in forums and discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices, advocating for their adoption within the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Drupal-related projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Drupal CMS, with a focus on Drupal 8/9 development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming language and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Extensive experience in custom Drupal module development, theming, and site building.
- In-depth knowledge of Drupal APIs, hooks, and best practices for extending and customizing functionality.
- Demonstrated experience architecting Drupal solutions, including complex integrations and migrations.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Drupal projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drupal certification (e.g., Acquia Certified Developer) is a plus.
- Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and frameworks (e.g., Symfony) is a plus.
