React.jsWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong development background and leadership skills to drive technical solutions and manage a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, Node.js, and Server management, along with excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.
- Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.
- Manage and optimize server infrastructure for smooth deployment and performance.
- Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Encourage innovation, skill development, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.
- Expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.
- Strong experience in server management (Linux, cloud hosting, deployment).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.
- Ability to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
