Role Overview
We're seeking a Tech Manager who will take ownership of our digital infrastructure—Wix, Webflow, Asana, and Monday.com—and integrate them using platforms like Zapier and other automation tools. Your primary goal is to build, connect, and manage the digital systems that support our leads and operations teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, technical setup, and automation implementation to ensure every part of our tech stack is synchronized for optimal business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and manage Wix and Webflow websites.
- Build and optimize task and project workflows in Asana and Monday.com.
- Design and implement cross-platform integrations using Zapier, APIs, or other tools.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between lead generation, onboarding, and operational workflows.
- Maintain documentation and systems for updates, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Provide support for internal teams using technical systems.
- Identify new automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- All tools integrated and functioning smoothly across departments.
- Automations running reliably, with minimal manual intervention.
- System uptime and issue resolution times.

Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical role managing digital platforms or tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for systems analysis for a designated set of applications
