We’re hiring a Flutter Developer to join our product team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in-office role, ideal for someone who has 1–3 years of hands-on experience in building production-grade Flutter apps and is ready to make a direct impact.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, maintainable mobile applications using Flutter & Dart
• Build clean and intuitive UIs based on design mockups
• Manage application state using Provider, Riverpod, or similar patterns
• Integrate Firebase, Cloud Firestore, and REST APIs
• Ensure app reliability with offline capabilities and local storage
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Full Stack Developer with a strong background in application architecture and design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, with extensive experience in web frameworks such as Django or Flask along with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You'll play a key role in designing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Ensure seamless communication with databases, optimizing queries and data models as necessary.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Python development (5+ years preferred).
• Strong application architecture and design skills.
• Proficiency in Django or Flask frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Proficiency of database communication, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•  Bachelors or master’s in software engineering, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
•  5+ years experience as a Back-End or Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience working with Python with  3+ years Preferably with AWS Services knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Queues, Topics, etc)
•  Strong Knowledge in Python v3.x Language
•  Experience in REST APIs with JSON
•  Error handling and Logging 
•  Any DB knowledge 
•  Knowledge in Node.js is an added advantage
•  Knowledge in implementing Terraform is a plus
•  Knowledge on Sumo Logic log aggregation is a plus
• Must know how to produce high quality, “Clean” code that is performant, maintainable and secure

• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Java, PHP and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the contact center industry preferred
• Experience in using Git/Bitbucket or any version control tools
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred
