Job Purpose: Be a part of the Marketing team and help in the execution of day-to-day activities and be the POC for cross-functional marketing requirements Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Market Research :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Utilize market research and industry trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Content Creation:
• Assist in developing compelling and industry-relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics with proper industry and competitor research.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target B2B audience. Organic Lead Generation:
• Implement and optimize organic channels for lead generation, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine and enhance lead generation efforts. Campaign Execution:
• Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms relevant to B2B audiences.
• Create engaging social media content and monitor industry conversations. Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize email workflows and segmentation. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B software marketing.
• Master’s in business or marketing.
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of organic lead generation channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Efficient in managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of running paid campaigns for B2B.
