Job Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes for platforms like YouTube.
- Repurpose podcast content into engaging short-form clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
- Create dynamic and visually appealing video content for social media marketing across multiple brands.
- Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of relevant video editing experience is preferred; strong portfolios will be considered regardless of tenure.
- Candidate must have worked for varied platforms and domains.
- Must have prior experience into advertising agencies before.
- Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of current trends in video content on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative storytelling skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be available for in-office work in Bangalore; in-person interviews required.
Remuneration: upto Rs. 60,000 (based on experience)
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to minimize project disruptions.
- Implement change management processes to control project scope and ensure alignment with objectives.
● Auditing, monitoring and improving existing infrastructure components of highly available and scaled
product on cloud with Ubuntu servers
● Running daily maintenance tasks and improving it with possible automation
● Deploying new components, server and other infrastructure when needed
● Coming up with innovative ways to automate tasks
● Working with telecom carriers and getting rates and destinations and update regularly on the system
● Working with Docker containers, Tinc, Iptables, HAproxy, ETCD, mySQL, mongoDB, CouchDB and
ansible

● Expertise with Docker containers and its networking, Tinc, Iptables, HAproxy, ETCD, and ansible
● Extensive experience with setup, maintenance, monitoring, backup and replication with mySQL

● Good experience of working with mongoDB, CouchDB
● Good with the networking tools
