Role description:
In this role, you will report to the Senior Product Manager and also work closely with the founder to help shape our overall product roadmap to build high-impact web/mobile platform
Preferred Qualifications :
● 2-3 years proven experience at building high-impact products at scale, preferably in a fast-paced B2C internet/e-commerce company
● B.Tech / MBA or equivalent experience from premier schools
● Experience working as a part of high-performance teams
● Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment
● Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technology and coming up with long term Product roadmaps aligned to the company strategic direction
● Good business smarts along with strong problem solving and metrics orientation
● Design thinking, user empathy and deep understanding of Indian customers
● Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with Engineering teams for implementation and trade-offs
● Crisp written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and manage senior stakeholders
About the role
- Calling is an integral part of Bizup’s interaction with its users. Candidates are expected to create conversations with app users and sellers on the platform.
- Calls users who have opened and used our app to understand their needs and solve them using Bizup. Candidate needs to be his ‘friend’ who will help the user buy in wholesale better using Bizup.
- Onboard sellers in target wholesale markets and maintain relationship with them so they create interesting content on the platform.
What we are looking for
- Min. 1+ yr of customer calling experience for a sales process. Preference to candidates who have worked in fashion / apparel category or worked with e-commerce companies such as Udaan, Indiamart, TradeIndia etc. Or worked with fintech selling products such as loan, insurance etc. on call
- Candidates who can have conversations and engage the other person on call will be preferred over candidates who can just reading out a script given and fill data in an excel.

What you will do:
- Developing import functionality from Excel to ERP on premise
- Preparing test scripts for testing the configured scenarios
- Testing may also include Unit testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing
- Testing the end to product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of technical team
Desired Candidate Profile
What you must have:- At least five years' experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
- Good command on SSRS reporting and Technical
- Excellent online presentation skills using Teams. Able to implement both Discrete and Process Manufacturing
- Deep knowledge in AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Warehouse management and FA
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ,R3
- Certification and/or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, AX 2012 R2, R3 or AX 7/D365FO are a plus
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
