Strong Product Visual/UI Designer Profile with experience across UI, illustration, Motion, 3D Design

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in Visual Design / UI Design / Motion Design / Creative Design roles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have worked on consumer-facing digital products/apps/web platforms with high-quality visual experiences (App preferred)

Mandatory (Skill 1 - Visual Design): Strong expertise in Visual Design fundamentals — typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, hierarchy, lighting, shadows, and depth.

Mandatory (Skill 2 - Motion Design): Must have hands-on experience in Motion Design / Animation including interaction motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling through motion

Mandatory (Skill 3 - illustration Design): Must have strong Illustration capabilities across 2D/3D, abstract/literal styles, and brand-led visual systems

Mandatory (Skill 4 - 3D): Must have strong knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for creating premium visual assets

Mandatory (Skill 5 - UI Design): Must be capable of creating pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs for mobile products

Mandatory (Skill 6 - Ai): Must have practical experience using AI tools in design workflows for ideation, prototyping, asset generation, or workflow acceleration while maintaining originality

Mandatory (Tools): Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), along with 3D tools

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio is mandatory and must showcase UI Design, Motion Design, Illustration, and 3D work samples (Variety work is required)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations. Key Responsibilities

• Own complete HR Operations lifecycle: Onboarding → Documentation → HRMS → Attendance → Payroll Coordination → Exit
• Manage and guide HR Executives to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Drive HRMS (Zoho People) modules, workflows & automation end-to-end.
• Create, optimize & track HR workflows, forms, policies, and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & internal processes.
• Manage attendance, leave administration & geo-tracking rules.
• Coordinate payroll inputs & ensure timely monthly closures.
• Maintain employee records, dashboards, reports & audit data.
• Respond to HR tickets/queries with speed & empathy.
• Support engagement activities, culture programs & internal communication.
• Partner with leaders to ensure high HR experience & operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
• Must have strong experience in Zoho People (automation/workflows/reports)
• Experience managing HR Executives / small team
• Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and operational frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced & tech-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset with data-first approach

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.

• 5 years of Database administrator experience in Microsoft technologies

• Experience with Azure SQL in a multi-region configuration

• Azure certifications (Good to have)

• 2+ Years’ Experience in performing data migrations upgrades/modernizations, performance tuning on IaaS and PaaS Managed Instance and SQL Azure

• Experience with routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a databases

JOB SUMMARY:  The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics Manager by proposing relevant analytics procedures/tools, executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits, continuous monitoring/auditing and IA initiatives. The individual’s responsibilities include -

Understanding audit and/or project objectives and assisting the manager in preparing the plan and timelines.

Working with the Process/BU/IA teams for gathering requirements for continuous monitoring/auditing projects.

Working with Internal audit project teams to understand the analytics requirements for audit engagements.

Independently build pilot/prototype, determine appropriate visual tool and design the views to meet project objectives.

Proficient in data management and data mining.

Highly skilled on visualization tools like Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.

Working with Data Analytics Manager to develop analytics program aligned to the overall audit plan.

Showcasing analytics capability to Process management teams to increase adoption of continuous monitoring.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of internal audit.

Coaching other data analysts on analytics procedures, coding and tools.

Taking a significant and active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.

Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.

Continuously focusing on self-development by attending trainings, seminars and acquiring relevant certifications.
