Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilites

1. Administrave Support

 Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

 Handle travel arrangements: flights, hotels, visas, transporation.

 Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.

 Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.

 Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

2. Communication & Coordination

 Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

 Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.

 Coordinate with different departments for updates, approvals, and deadlines.

3. Office & Task Management

 Track daily tasks, priorites, and deadlines for the executive.

 Support in planning events, meetings, conferences.

 Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor coordina on.

 Ensure the executive’s office is organized and functioning efficiently.

4. Project & Follow-up Support

 Monitor ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

 Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefings.

 Assist in data collec on, documentation, and presentations for meetings.

5. Confidential Support

 Maintain strict confidenality of sensitive information.

 Handle personal tasks when required (top zonal based on role requirement).

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 2–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office

 Excellent me management and organizational abilities.

 Ability to multi task, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively.

 Professional appearance and behaviour.

 High level of discretion and integrity.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of office management systems.

 Experience in working with senior executives or in fast-paced environments.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Work Environment

 Office-based role (with occasional travel if required).

 Availability beyond office hours when necessary for urgent tasks.

Strong B2B Product Manager profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimum 2 years of prior experience in Software Development or QA (Can be skipped if candidate has product management experience in PureTech company OR in same product line as Callhub)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Proven track record of shipping successful products end-to-end, from ideation / conception to launch and post-launch iteration

• Collaborate with engineering, design and product teams to build and ship new features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product using Agile methodologies.
• Maintain and improve web applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile-based features
• Self-contribution & able to manage and execute work through team members.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Create proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solution

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage

• Incidence management and root cause analysis

• Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools

• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

We are looking for applicants with a strong background in Analytics and Data mining (Web, Social and Big data), Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Statistical Modelling and Inferencing, Information Retrieval, Large Scale Distributed Systems and Cloud Computing, Econometrics and Quantitative Marketing, Applied Game Theory and Mechanism Design, Operations Research and Optimization, Human Computer Interaction and Information Visualization. Applicants with a background in other quantitative areas are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who can create and implement AI solutions. If you have built a product like IBM WATSON in the past and not just used WATSON to build applications, this could be the perfect role for you.

Skills:

• Experience in predictive modelling and predictive software development
• Skilled in Java, C++, Perl/Python (or similar scripting language)
• Experience in using R, Matlab, or any other statistical software
• Experience in mentoring junior team members, and guiding them on machine learning and data modelling applications
• Strong communication and data presentation skills

Must Have:

• Experience: 3-9 years
• The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (including deep learning algorithms), Machine Learning and/or NLP
• The candidate must also have expertise in programming traditional machine learning algorithms, algorithm design & usage
• Preferred experience with large data sets & distributed computing in Hadoop ecosystem
• Fluency with databases
