About the Internship:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Interns who will be responsible for connecting with potential sellers and guiding them on how to register and list their products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales and eCommerce.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential sellers through outbound calls and explain the benefits of selling on eCommerce platforms.
2. Guide sellers step-by-step on the registration and onboarding process on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.
3. Assist sellers in understanding product listing, cataloging, and basic platform requirements.
4. Follow up with interested sellers to ensure completion of onboarding and account activation.
5. Address basic seller queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
6. Maintain and update daily activity in CRM systems.
Other requirements:
1. Undergraduate (pursuing 1st or 2nd year), graduate or MBA fresher/students pursuing MBA (sales/marketing preferred).
