Job Description: B2C Sales Executive – HR Training Programs Position: B2C Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic B2C Sales Executive to drive enrollments for SkillDeck’s HR training programs (live courses, pre-recorded modules, and certification programs). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, following up, counseling prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Proactively call & counsel students/working professionals about HR training courses.

Understand customer needs (career growth, HR certifications, placements) and suggest the right program.

Convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve campaigns.

Requirements 1–3 years of B2C sales / inside sales / tele-counseling experience.

Experience in education, training, edtech, or HR services preferred. Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

Strong follow-up ability and hunger to meet sales numbers.

Comfortable working with daily calling targets.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives (per enrollment).

Solution Engineer                                                             

Primary Responsibilities

●         Serve as the primary resource during the client implementation/onboarding phase

●         Identify, document, and define customer business and technical needs

●         Develop clear user documentation, instructions, and standard procedures

●         Deliver training sessions on solution administration and usage

●         Participate in customer project calls and serve as a subject matter expert on solutions

●         Coordinate tasks across internal and client project teams, ensuring accountability and progress tracking

●         Perform hands-on configuration, scripting, data imports, testing, and knowledge transfer activities

●         Translate business requirements into technical specifications for product configuration or enhancements

●         Collaborate with global team members across multiple time zones, including the U.S., India, and China

●         Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gather and validate requirements

●         Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and suggest improvements to processes

●         Execute other tasks and duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

●         Proven experience leading software implementation projects from presales through delivery

●         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed and interdependent tasks

●         2–5 years of experience in JavaScript and web development, including prior implementation work in a software company

●         Proficiency in some or all of the following:

○         JavaScript, PascalScript, MS SQL Script, RESTful APIs, Azure, Postman

Responsibilities

·        Create Photo and Video content for Hidesign, The Promenade & Le Dupleix hotels, Storytellers’ Bar, Le Pondichery and Casablanca.

·        Creating content will require

-         Research and planning for the shoots

-         Shoot Videos and Photos on the planned date, in coordination with the different teams within the company and sourcing products & models if required.

-         Edit and colour grade the Videos and photos using phone apps as well as softwares such as Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Lightroom.

·        This content will be used for Social media posts & reels, instore videos, website banners etc

·        The Content creator will understand reel & post engagement, and continuously improve on various content buckets like – trending reels / educational / entertainment / asmr etc.

·        Work with a time bound structure for all projects and cater to the requirements of external stakeholders.

Requirements

·        Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Word, Excel, Power point.

·        Technical knowledge of editing & colour grading videos and photos.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native

Qualification:

• Good knowledge about React/React Native
• Should be aware about state management library Redux
• Must have knowledge of es6+
• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
• Good to have knowledge about writing test cases
