Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & UI/UX

• Craft engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with client requirements.

🖌️ Graphic Design

• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, color schemes, and visual elements.

🤝 Collaboration & Research

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design outcomes.

📈 Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh and modern solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 💼 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer (Portfolio required).
• 🛠️ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 🖥️ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 🌐 Experience in website layout design and responsive design practices.

Designation : Financial Sales Representative

Nature : On-site, Permanent - Indore [M.P.]

Experience : 0 - 3 years

Package : 3 LPA to 4.8 LPA (net)

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for new clients.
• Identify and engage potential clients through calls/ messages and virtual meetings, converting them into active trading clients.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination and generating revenue.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.
• Achieve monthly targets for revenue generation through client acquisition.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English Communication.
• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.

• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps

We are looking for a React JS Developer responsible for developing and maintaining rich user interfaces for modern internet-based web applications. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface for a web application, with a focus on performance. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional application following the design patterns and best practices. You will work in a team with the back-end developers and communicate with the API using standard methods.
