Job Description – Technical Lead (Java Spring Boot + Angular)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead a team of developers for a client project based out of Whitefield, Bangalore. The role requires hands-on development, design, architecture understanding, code review, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9 developers and provide technical guidance.
• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the client’s product owners and architects.
• Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
• Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate the team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Develop and implement user-centric features on web platforms to enhance overall experience and usability.

• Apply best practices to create reusable, testable, and maintainable components and frameworks.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive and adaptive design across multiple devices and browsers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development frameworks and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building interactive, high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency with:
• React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Build tools like Vite, CSS preprocessors such as Less/Sass
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating front-end solutions with REST APIs or automation systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

·        Development and formulation of water-based interior and exterior waterproof decorative paints, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.

·        Testing of paint formulations to ensure they meet company quality standards and performance criteria.

·        Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations from laboratories to commercial production.

·        Stay up to date with industry trends. Provide recommendations for new product development based on market insights and consumer demand. Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities for new or improved product offerings.

·        Provide technical support to the sales team regarding product performance, application methods, and troubleshooting. Address and resolve customer query in a timely and professional manner.

·        Maintain accurate records of all product formulations and testing data. Prepare detailed technical reports on new product developments, performance testing, and quality control results.

• Strong React.js, Node.js, and typescript experience
• Working knowledge of React Native and Redux-Saga
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTML/CSS

• 3-4 years of minimum experience
