Assistant Manager/Senior Analyst - NLP Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the Mumbai branch and maintaining a healthy Profit

Job Description:

Create a sales team and technical team.

Identify and close deals into SMB/Enterprise segment.

Manage a healthy relationship with the OEMs, team members and customers.

Lead the team to achieve targets.

Sell data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai.

Meet Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly target of customer meetings and sales targets.

Skill Requirements:

At least 7 years of sales experience with a reseller organization selling cyber security or backup solutions to corporates of Mumbai.

It’s a Client facing role with a proven experience into security or backup solution sales.

Must have a good understanding of IT Security solutions (Endpoint/Networking/Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset etc) or backup solutions (server backup, desktop/ laptop backup, replication).

Should have managed a team for the last 3 years.

Mandatory Requirement

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai from Mumbai

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of

7+ years of experience in the Mandatory Requirements given below.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 7 years

Working Days: 6 days Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per company norms plus 25% as variable pay on achieving targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Python Full Stack Development experience is preferred.
• Able to create modern data pipelines and data processing using AWS PAAS components (Glue, Sagemaker studio, etc.) or open source tools (Spark, Hbase, Hive, etc.).
• A good understanding of ML/ AI algorithms and statistical algorithms is mandatory.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving is essential  
• Ability to model and design modern data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, Data Lakes, Cloud Data Warehouse (SnowFlake preferred).
• Experience on data stores such as DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS.
• Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with API tools such as REST, Swagger, Postman.
• Working in Agile Framework. 
• Previous work experience in a fintech/finance product-based industry is a bonus.
• Previous work on the Churn models is a bonus.

As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications

and you will work closely with our engineers to ensure the system consistency and improving

user experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an experienced backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all

server-side systems

• A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. You will test, secure

and deploy your code

• Knowledge of Node.js is a must along with a server-sideframework
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Experience and proficiency integrating with RESTAPIs
• Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures,

and algorithms

• Experience in working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Should be willing to work in a very fluid startup environment and take complete ownership of

the assigned responsibility

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS should be well versed

with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.

• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL

Database.

• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience developing and deploying REST

APIs.

• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.

• Having experience with Microsoft technologies (WPF, ASP.Net, MVC, WebAPI)
