We are looking for a Computer Vision Research Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-supervised learning (SSL) techniques, vision pre-training strategies, and hands-on experience with end-to-end delivery of computer vision projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art self-supervised learning algorithms for vision tasks.
- Develop and optimize pre-training pipelines for downstream CV applications.
- Work on tasks such as object detection, segmentation, OCR, pose estimation, and visual reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and validate models in real-world scenarios.
- Conduct experiments, benchmark performance, and contribute to research publications or internal whitepapers.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SSL algorithms (e.g., MoCo, SimCLR, BYOL, DINO, MAE).
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with image/video datasets and augmentations used in pre-training.
- Solid understanding of core CV tasks and metrics (e.g., mAP, IoU, Dice).
- Demonstrated success in delivering CV solutions to production or research prototypes.
