What you'll do
- Identify and onboard real estate developers, builders, and property owners on the BXI barter platform
- Build and manage a pipeline of barter deals involving residential, commercial, and retail assets
- Negotiate and structure barter transactions between real estate and brand partners
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers across Mumbai
- Collaborate with internal teams to close end-to-end deals and ensure smooth settlement
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities in the real estate barter space
- Own revenue targets and consistently drive business growth for the vertical
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market — developers, micro-markets, and deal dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity and love solving complex deals
- Prior exposure to non-traditional real estate models (co-living, managed offices, barter, lease-equity) is a plus
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred
