Sales Executive (real estate experience)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking an innovative and business-savvy AI Strategist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across all departments within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and tools — but is more focused on strategic implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration than on technical development.

As our AI Strategist, you'll identify high-impact opportunities where AI can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and unlock new value. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in operations, marketing, HR, customer service, finance, and more to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and support the adoption of AI-powered tools

and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to assess workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration

• Develop and maintain a company-wide AI roadmap aligned with business goals

• Evaluate and recommend AI solutions and platforms (e.g., automation tools, chatbots, predictive analytics, NLP applications)

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external AI vendors or technical consultants

• Educate teams on AI use cases, capabilities, and best practices

• Oversee pilot programs and track the effectiveness of AI initiatives

• Ensure ethical and compliant AI use, including data privacy and bias mitigation

• Stay current on emerging AI trends and make recommendations to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems,

or related fields

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and use cases across business

functions

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, digital transformation, or a related role

• Proven track record of implementing new technologies or process improvements

• Excellent communication and change management skills

• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset

• Bonus: Experience working with AI vendors, SaaS platforms, or enterprise AI tools

● Build and nurture high performing teams of skilled software engineers. Find and hire top talent for your team

● Work closely with your team providing continuous feedback to raise the bar

● Shape team goals by developing a deep understanding of our business processes and success criteria

● Develop and execute a long-term product roadmap and architecture while balancing short term commitments

● Work closely with the team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach to solve complex problems.

● Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build, and predictability of the deliverables of your team

● Effectively partner with engineering, product and business stakeholders across the organization to co-define and deliver on own and team goals

What are we looking for ?

● Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a college of repute

● 8 to 14 years of industry experience in software engineering with 2 to 3 years of experience of directly managing a team of software engineers

● Prior experience in established start-ups would be preferred

● Experience with object-oriented design and languages

● Track record of building and delivering mission critical, 24x7 production software systems

● Experience architecting systems on AWS platform a strong plus

● Be able to deal with ambiguity and independently drive, design, and implement large scale software solution

● Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects

● Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

● Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical and non-technical teams

● Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operation

About The Role

Job Role : Business Development [Inside Sales/Marketing]

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads.

• Pitch and promote Igeeks's services to prospective clients

• Career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant Igeeks products to them.

• Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue oriented)

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

• Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients

• Follow up with potential clients.

• Work with team members to identify and manage risks

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities

.Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company towards business growth.

.Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.

.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

.Keep abreast with stock reports, inventory, product orders, re-order etc.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.

.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

.Strong communication skills.

.Excellent organizational skills.

.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Computer science graduates would be preferred

2. Should have at least 1 year of experience as a software developer in ReactJS

3. Should be a contributor to the software development process and part of an software team

4. Can keep up to date with developments in (open source) frontend libraries, frameworks, and software development practices

5. In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, Flux, and JavaScript (ES6)

6. In-depth knowledge of Express.js and Node.js

7. Should have been working on React for at least 12 months (90% of the time)

8. Good problem-solving skills

9. Experience in Mongoose & MongoDB is a plus

10. Experience with the testing frameworks for JavaScript is a plus

11. Experience with JS module bundlers like Web Pack & Rollup

12. Experience with Babel as a compiler

13. Experience with agile software development techniques is a plus
