• Total Experience:10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Specialized Expertise: Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning module from readiness to go-live.
• Cross-Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of how Demand Planning integrates with broader Cloud SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
• Leadership: Proven ability to operate independently as an SME, steering the project roadmap rather than just executing tasks.
• Communication: Exceptional consulting and communication skills to influence and guide director-level stakeholders.
• Change Management, Business Process Mapping, Reporting and Analytics, OIC ( Oracle Integration Cloud) and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)

Looking for an experienced Teamcenter Lead Developer with expertise in Teamcenter customization, configuration, integration, and PLM solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in ITK, SOA, RAC, BMIDE, Teamcenter integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

Job Description

Key Skills: 

Configure Teamcenter modules, workflows, and lifecycles as per business needs.

Develop and customize ITK, SOA, RAC, and BMIDE solutions.

Proficiency in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SOA for Teamcenter development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM solutions.

Integrate Teamcenter with CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and other enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application issues in a timely manner.

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

Develop and customize ITK, SOA, RAC, and BMIDE solutions.

Desired Skills:

Active Workspace configuration

Work on Teamcenter data migration, deployment, and performance optimization.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer III / Senior Python Developer to join our AI engineering team and play a critical role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend platforms for LLM and AI-driven applications. You will work as a hands-on individual contributor while collaborating closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Cloud/DevOps teams to deliver innovative, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services using Python to support LLM and AI-based applications
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that serve machine learning models and AI components
• Write clean, modular, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring high quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase
• Debug, profile, and optimize applications to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in AI/ML pipelines and backend services
