They will be responsible for maximising sales team potential, crafting sales plans and creating new channels for expansion for the Fleet product. • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the field sales team in South India • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base in fleet owner segment and ensure its strong presence • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Identify alternate sales channel opportunities in the market via business partner programs to expand the out-reach of the SaaS product Requirements • 3-4 years’ sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have been part of technology companies that sold to the trucking market.
