Our technology team builds the software the business runs on: order management, customer support automation over WhatsApp, reviews and ratings, and the dashboards our operations teams use every day.

The role

We are hiring full stack engineers who can take a feature from spec to production across React, Node.js and MongoDB.

You will work on customer-facing and internal products, often both in the same week. One sprint may be a review submission page used by customers on their phones. The next may be an API that pulls order status from our order management system for the support bot.

We are looking for engineers with 3 to 6 years of experience who are comfortable owning both the front end and the back end of what they ship.

What you'll do

• Build responsive, mobile-first interfaces in React using our in-house UI component libraries.
• Design and build REST APIs and background services in Node.js.
• Model data in MongoDB and keep queries fast as collections grow.
• Integrate with the systems the business runs on: order management, ERP, point of sale and ticketing.
• Build messaging flows over WhatsApp, email and SMS, including delivery tracking, retries and fallbacks.
• Work with the conversational AI team to expose order, invoice and support actions to the customer support bot.
• Write tests, review code and own your features in production, including monitoring and fixing what breaks.
• Work directly with product and operations teams to turn a business problem into a working release.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience building and shipping web applications.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals: async patterns, the event loop, modules, error handling.
• Solid React skills: hooks, state management, component design, performance on low-end mobile devices.
• Hands-on Node.js experience: building REST APIs, authentication with JWT, role-based access, input validation.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB: schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks, and handling their failures gracefully.
