We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager with a strong background in the Salon industry to lead daily salon operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring luxury salon service standards, commercial acumen and people leadership skills to drive operational excellence, revenue growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain hospitality-level service standards and SOPs.
• Ensure a premium guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage scheduling, service flow, and capacity utilization.
• Lead, train, and motivate stylists, therapists, and front-desk staff.
• Conduct onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and skill development.
• Foster a positive, high-performance service culture.
• Ensure grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Implement loyalty programs, memberships, and personalized service initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
• Drive service and retail sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue, retail, and productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as average ticket value, conversion, and rebooking rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and local activations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and shrinkage.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and POS reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners.
• Ensure salon aesthetics, cleanliness, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
• Align service delivery with brand positioning and guest expectations.
• Support new launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Guest satisfaction and repeat visit rates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in Salon Industry.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence and operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
• Experience in salons, spas, wellness, or beauty services.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Hospitality or retail management certification.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – SaaS Product (Salon Management Software)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end Salon Management Software

- Build appointment booking engine with real-time slot management

- Develop POS billing and service/product modules

- Create dashboards and advanced reports (branch wise / staff wise / revenue wise)

- Develop CRM features including customer history, reminders and campaigns

- Build inventory tracking and consumption monitoring module

- Implement staff attendance and performance tracking

- Develop multi-branch admin control panel

- Build scalable APIs for future mobile applications (staff app / customer app)

- Ensure system security, performance and scalability

- Maintain proper documentation and version control practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years experience in Full Stack Development

- Strong backend experience in Node.js / Python / .NET / Java (any one)

- Frontend experience in React.js / Angular / Vue.js

- Strong database design skills (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

- Experience building SaaS / ERP / POS / Booking Platforms / CRM Systems

- REST API development and scalable architecture understanding

- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Salon / Spa / Clinic / Retail / Gym Software Domain

- Exposure to analytics dashboards and reporting engines

- Mobile development knowledge (Flutter / React Native)

- Experience working on multi-location business software
