● Own and champion the development process of our web-based applications, including: SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, check-ins and builds, issue tracking, bug triages, incident management. and testing.
● Build and maintain a high-performing software development team including hiring, training, and onboarding.

Requirements
● 12+ years of software development experience, 2+ years of development leadership experience.

- Strong QA Leadership / Test Manager / QA Architect Profiles.
- Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll be the architect and guardian of quality across the company's product suite. You’ll work alongside product dev, QA, and PM teams to proactively define, advocate, and scale a best-in-class testing ethos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define own testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting products.
- Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
