What This Role Actually Is

This isn't a "keep the monolith alive" job.

You'll be designing and building new AI-powered features, integrating LLM APIs into production Rails applications, and using Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow — not as an experiment. You'll work directly with US-based enterprise clients alongside Product Managers, AI Business Consultants, and Delivery Excellence Managers.

Your architecture decisions will have visible business impact.

What You'll Own

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Ruby on Rails applications for US enterprise clients — from architecture to deployment
• Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) into the Rails stack, building AI-powered features that drive real business outcomes
• Use Claude Code daily as your AI development partner — for generation, debugging, documentation, and velocity
• Build responsive, performant React front-ends from wireframes and design specs
• Own RESTful and GraphQL API design for client applications and third-party integrations
• Drive database design and optimisation — schema, queries, indexing, and migrations on PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Lead code reviews and raise the technical bar through constructive feedback
• Document architecture decisions, API contracts, and implementation patterns

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of deep, production-grade Ruby on Rails experience — advanced framework patterns, background jobs (Sidekiq/Redis), design patterns, best practices
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Anthropic) for AI-assisted development — this is central to how we build
• Strong React skills — hooks, component architecture, state management, wireframe to production
• Expert-level PostgreSQL/MySQL — schema design, query optimisation, indexing, performance tuning
• Proven experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs at scale
• Experience integrating third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) into production Rails apps
• Strong software architecture fundamentals — MVC, service objects, design patterns, testability
• Deep comfort with Git, Gitflow, and PR-based collaboration workflows

Good to Have

• Python for scripting, automation, or backend service integration alongside Rails
• AWS familiarity — EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda — for deployment and infrastructure
• MongoDB or NoSQL in polyglot persistence architectures
• Vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) for LLM application development
• LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks for AI agents
• SaaS multi-tenancy patterns and high-traffic web application experience
• Open source contributions or a strong public GitHub profile

Position: Python Fullstack Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead solution design, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence across projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and integrate modern technologies across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review Python-based fullstack solution architectures.
• Guide development teams on best practices, modern frameworks, and cloud-native patterns.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD setup.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools: RabbitMQ, Kafka, OAuth2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of microservices, API design, batch/stream processing.

   • • Building front-end web applications using latest technologies. 
   • • Suggest and ideate high- and low-level design and architecture requirements for implementation of features. 
   • • Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. 
   • • Backend RESTful API Design and server-side development for web and mobile apps. 
   • • Develop and design database schemas on MongoDB. 
   • • Perform code reviews and unit tests to ensure code consistency and maintainability. 
   • • Setup alerts, monitoring & metrics, provision and manage resources on AWS Cloud. 

    

   Minimum Qualifications 

   • • Passion to solve complex problems of agriculture in a dynamic start-up environment 
   • • Flexible, curious, exploratory, and can-do attitude

   • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

   Preferred Qualifications 

   • • Strong programming experience of 2+ years with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB and Angular stack.

   • • Experience with software design and architecture for building highly efficient and scalable systems. 
   • • Experience with MongoDB Atlas for database hosting and storage. 
   • • Experience with SDLC in an Agile work environment using tools like Jira and GitHub. 
   • • Experience with AWS Services like ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Load Balancing, Route 53, API Gateway along with Infrastructure provisioning and optimization. 
   • • Knowledge and experience of NoSQL Databases is a must. 
   • • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. 
   • • Experience with containerization environments like Docker & Kubernetes. 
   • • Experience with Material Design is an advantage. 
   • • Experience with TDD is an advantage. 
   • • Experience or familiarity of blockchain protocols like Hyperledger Fabric a big advantage. 

• Extensive experience in building REST APIs
• Experience in building, managing, and enhancing backend / server-side development using java / java scripts. Expertise in NodeJS is preferred
• The person must have built systems that consume and process volumes of data from various sources. Experience in handling and managing data in NoSQL databases such as Mongodb.
• Extensive experience of building custom UI for web using the popular frameworks like angular and react. Experience in developing mobile UI is nice to have
• Experience of working with code repositories such as Github and GitLab.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience of working on Cloud environments and experience in AWS is preferred.
• Experience in Dockers and Kubernetes for deployments

• Design and documentation of the CashLobe technology stack
• Code / implement the CashLobe technology stack
• Deploy and maintain the CashLobe technology stack
• Engage with leadership team to help evolve the CashLobe technology stack offerings

• Have pre-built deployment pipelines CI/CD across environments DEV/STAGING/PROD
• Knowledge of developing using Python and specifically the data/number crunching frameworks like NumPy, pandas, scikit, etc.
• Experience in the Fintech domain and specifically the banking & accounting systems

1. Should have deep knowledge in the relevant tech stack (JAVA, MEAN, MERN, LAMP, etc.,) with Micro-services experience.

2. Must be well versed with algorithms

3. Should have in-depth knowledge of databases - SQL, NoSQL, Mongo DB.

4. Should be able to suggest the best stack and provide an optimized approach to complete a project.

5. Should be able to covert requirements into sprint plans and estimations.

6. Should be able to jump on client calls and translate and break down business level requirements into developer goals/sprints.

7. Should be able to step in and code/solve problems when required

8. Should be able to review the code of the developers and objectively define points for improvement

9. Should be willing to learn new stacks and spend a lot of time on RnD
