Job Description - Performance Marketing Associate
You will play a key role in driving our digital growth engine. You will execute and optimize paid media campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities that translate clicks into conversions. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices in targeting, bidding, and creative execution.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics to identify anomalies, trends, or optimization opportunities.
- Track campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Optimize creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages based on learnings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Maintain dashboards that capture core performance metrics across channels.
- Assist in preparing internal review presentations and performance updates.
Creative Intelligence
- Evaluate the performance of visuals, copy, and messaging.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve creative effectiveness and user engagement.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and funnel tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
