Core responsibilities
- Content creation: Write short-form LinkedIn posts daily around pain points, stories, objections, social proof, and “why book” angles; adapt voice and structure to existing brand.
- LinkedIn messaging: Draft 3–5 personalized DM templates, run daily outreach to warm and new audiences, and track replies and call bookings in a simple sheet/CRM.
- Email support: Create value-first email snippets, FAQs, objection busters, reminders, and last-chance variants for existing lists; collaborate with the campaign owner for sequencing.
- Lead magnets: Draft concise checklists/PDFs (e.g., top mistakes, revenue leaks), coordinate with design for formatting, and support basic distribution via posts and DMs.
- Funnel hygiene: Suggest clear CTAs, add testimonials and urgency elements to landing pages, and propose copy tweaks to improve clarity and booking rates (no heavy dev work).
- Repurposing: Turn high-performing posts into ad copy drafts and simple email or DM variants for testing by senior team members.
Day-to-day
- Write and publish 1 LinkedIn post on weekdays using an approved calendar and swipe files; log performance and notes.
- Send a set number of personalized DMs daily, prioritize warm leads, and flag positive replies for scheduling; maintain a clean tracker.
- Draft or refine short emails and landing page copy blocks; prepare weekly mini assets (quotes, testimonials, objection busters).
